Our Story
Some dreams grow slowly, across generations.
We are a family from Genk with both Belgian and Greek roots. For as long as we can remember, our summers were spent in Greece. In our family home, nestled in the mountains of Epirus, life moves at a gentler pace and days revolve around family, traditions, and long summer evenings. It is there that many of our most cherished memories were made.
Yet there was always another dream quietly waiting. Alongside the peacefulness of the mountains, we dreamed of creating a place by the sea — somewhere the sound of the waves and the light of the Ionian coast would become the setting for new memories. That dream led us to Parga, the jewel of Epirus.
For our family, this place has always been special. My father often said it was the most beautiful stretch of the entire coastline — a rare place where colourful houses climb the hillside, where small stone streets lead you toward the sea, and where nature and history meet effortlessly.
Here, in the heart of the historic centre, 3 Kóres was born.
Three homes.
Three daughters.
The name is inspired by the Kóres of classical antiquity — graceful statues symbolising youth, beauty and quiet strength. The project became even more personal as one of our daughters, an architect, designed the homes herself, turning a family story into architecture.
During construction we carefully chose local materials and traditional craftsmanship. Handcrafted marble, custom-made wooden tables and natural textures create a timeless sense of calm throughout the spaces. For exceptional comfort, the homes feature Coco-Mat beds, made from natural materials and renowned for their quality and restful sleep.
3 Kóres is more than a place to stay.
It is a place born from a family story — where the mountains of Epirus
and the sea of Parga come together.
A place where families can slow down, gather, and begin writing their own
memories under the same Greek sun that shaped ours.
